Every Singapore company needs a local registered address. Here is what qualifies, what does not and how virtual office services fit in.
Your registered office is the official address for government correspondence. It must be a physical location in Singapore that is open and accessible to the public during normal business hours.
Acceptable options
- A commercial office leased in the company's name.
- An approved home office under the Home Office Scheme.
- A virtual office provided by a licensed corporate service provider.
